Lee has over 35 years of experience in photographic art and darkroom processing. His work has been shown in galleries and art exhibits around the US, and is an active member of the Utah Photographic Print Society.  Specializing in Black and White Photography, the award-winning photographer captures the beauty of our world in the classic Ansel Adams style, using medium (6 X 7) and large format (4 X 5) cameras.  All photographs are taken at very low film speeds (25-50 ASA), to obtain superior clarity, with maximum depth of field.  Medium and Large format negatives are superior to 35mm negatives because they allow for superior quality enlargement, extreme detail of texture, shading, lighting, contrast, with minimal graininess, even in 16 X 20 enlargements.  Lee hand processes each and every photograph in his own darkroom, using high grade papers, selenium toning, and state of the art archival processing techniques to produce images of museum quality that will not deteriorate nor fade with time.   He also custom mattes and frames each piece to ensure presentation meets his standards for excellence.  Custom art available upon request.
